New Orleans, LA (March 13, 2014) – ReadSoft, a leading global provider of SAP®-certified financial process automation applications, today announced its participation at the Financials 2014 annual conference, March 18-21, 2014, in Orlando, Florida. Conference attendees will have several chances to learn how best-in-class companies use ReadSoft automation applications to optimize cash flow, create targeted and attainable financial forecasts, and ensure accurate reporting.

Conference attendees have the opportunity to hear directly from ReadSoft’s SAP financial processing experts and end users during two educational conference sessions:

  • Key factors that can make or break your AP automation project. Those with a financial process automation project on the horizon should not miss a candid session with Blake Evans, ReadSoft North America’s Director of SAP Technologies, on Thursday, March 20 from 5:30-6:45 pm (FIN Track 8). From critical initial considerations through an on-time “go-live” date, Blake will map out a successful AP automation project and highlight the common pitfalls to avoid. Blake has extensive experience implementing SAP-certified process automation solutions at companies across North America. He is well known for his straightforward style of sharing how to make the most of an IT investment inside SAP.
  • Riding the wave to a successful global AP operation—The W. R. Grace automation story. Conference attendees will have an opportunity to learn firsthand how a leading international specialty chemicals and materials producer consolidated its worldwide AP processing operations and achieved best-in-class performance status. On Wednesday, March 19, from 4:00-5:15 pm (FIN Track 8), Blake Evans will team up with Michele Blessing, Global Accounts Payable Manager of W. R. Grace & Company, for a special session outlining how to implement a single global invoicing platform.

In addition to hosting educational sessions, ReadSoft’s seasoned SAP solutions experts will be available at Booth #200 throughout the conference to offer:

  • One-on-one consultations. Conference attendees can challenge the experts with their company-specific questions about financial process automation inside SAP.

  • Live demonstrations of ReadSoft’s SAP-certified technology, PROCESS DIRECTOR. This broad and scalable solution platform spans across purchase-to-pay (P2P) and order-to-cash (O2C) processes, and its flexible and configurable workflows can be applied to diverse applications such as supplier invoices, financial postings, master data, and receivables.

“Financials 2014 is serving the SAP financial community at an important time when growth has returned to most economies,” said Bob Fresneda, Senior Vice President, Americas and Asia Pacific at ReadSoft. “We know that the role and priorities of organizational leaders in finance are more strategic now, requiring instant access to financial information to enable efficient and cost-effective decision-making control, regardless of the time or place. At the same time, technologies are maturing and advancing and are capable of meeting these strategic objectives. Whether it’s facilitating cash management, advancing margin, or delivering insightful performance analytics, the right financial process technology has graduated from being just a cost-saver to a facilitator of competitive advantage.”
