ReadSoft Reads Invoices for Dokumenthuset The Swedish service bureau Dokumenthuset has decided to continue and increase their use of ReadSoft's products for automatic data capture. ReadSoft's self-learning software, Eyes & Hands INVOICES will be integrated in Dokumenthuset's solution. The deal covers the handling of 2,2 million invoices and the order value is more than 200,000 USD. Dokumenthuset has already used ReadSofts products, Eyes & Hands FORMS and INVOICES for several years. The products are an integrated part of Dokumenthuset's solution to speed up the handling of large quantities of forms and invoices. A large company has now turned to Dokumenthuset to outsource all of their invoice handling and ReadSoft's products will facilitate the mission. The patented and self-learning software INVOICES will handle the processing of one million invoices from 20 000 different suppliers every year. "The technology behind INVOICES offers our customers substantial benefits in time and quality. Most companies still read and interpret invoices manually, but they understand the advantages of our products, the interest in automatic data capture grows", comments ReadSoft's MD Jan Andersson. The actual paper invoice will not reach Dokumenthuset's clients. Instead the documents will be received, scanned and interpreted by Dokumenthuset. When the information is captured it will be electronically transferred to the client's accounts payable system. Dokumenthuset already offers similar solutions to 10 Swedish companies, where ReadSofts products for automatic data capture are used. For Dokumenthuset it was natural to chose ReadSoft's software.
