ReadSoft's annual report for 2009 is as of today available at www.readsoft.com. The annual report is distributed to shareholders and other stakeholders who have previously signed up to receive printed financial material from ReadSoft. The annual report will also be available at the Annual General Meeting in Helsingborg, Sweden, on April 20. ​

ReadSoft's annual report for 2009 is now published. A downloadable copy of the report is available at ReadSoft’s website www.readsoft.com, where a printed version can also be ordered. Shareholders who have ordered a printed copy will receive the Swedish version during the coming week, and those who have ordered the English version will receive it within the next couple of weeks.

Annual General Meeting

ReadSoft also welcomes you to the Annual General Meeting at Hotel Marina Plaza, Kungstorget 6, Helsingborg, Sweden, April 20, at 3 p.m. On the same day, the January - March Interim Report for 2010 will be presented. A full version of the summons for the meeting is available on our website www.readsoft.com. Shareholders wishing to participate must sign up by April 14, no later than 4 p.m. Please feel free to sign up at our website.
