ReadSoft signs company-wide agreement with ThyssenKrupp
ReadSoft has signed a company-wide agreement with ThyssenKrupp to become the preferred supplier of solutions for electronic invoices processing. The license for 1.5 million invoices per year concerns the software ReadSoft DOCUMENTS for Invoices.
ThyssenKrupp is one of the world's biggest technology groups. More than 184,000 employees worldwide work within the Group's main areas of steel, capital goods and services. After successfully implementing the solution at three of ThyssenKrupp’s units, 1,300 other units are now to be offered the same solution.
Apart from being able to market ReadSoft internally within the ThyssenKrupp Group, this agreement stipulates commercial terms and rules, making the process of investing in the solution fast and easy.
“The units ThyssenKrupp Steel, ThyssenKrupp Elevators, and ThyssenKrupp Holding AG, have already successfully integrated the ReadSoft solution into our existing SAP system. Our good experience of the system has lead to the decision to make this available to other units as well. The additional profit potential this creates should be used throughout our company”, comments Michael Ackermann, Central Site Company Account System Manager.
With the available software licenses, the entire process in the accounting system can now be optimized, including the receiving of electronic data sent using EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). Among the advantages noticed by ThyssenKrupp are faster turn-around times, reduced costs and lower error rates.
