A leading company specializing in electronics and electrical engineering has chosen ReadSoft’s SAP®-certified invoice automation solution to process paper and electronic invoices throughout its North American accounts payable operation. The deal is worth over 570,000 USD and was signed in the third quarter of 2012.

This global giant in electrical manufacturing and sales sought an automation solution with seamless integration into its SAP Enterprise Resource Planning System to streamline its accounts payable operation and enable greater processing efficiencies across the enterprise. Recognizing ReadSoft’s unparalleled track record of hundreds of implementations within SAP environments, the company selected ReadSoft’s SAP-certified invoice automation solution to spearhead its invoice processing initiative. By automating its invoice process seamlessly within SAP, the company’s AP personnel are now equipped to reduce invoice processing cycle times and improve visibility and control over invoices with ReadSoft’s automated invoice capture technology and flexible approval workflows.

“As companies strive to achieve more with less, we deliver technology to help maximize their existing investments in SAP,” says Per Åkerberg, President and CEO of ReadSoft. “We are excited to deliver flexible, user-friendly AP automation technology to end-users within the organization, allowing them to conduct faster, less expensive financial operations all within their native SAP environment.”
