ReadSoft, a leading global provider of applications for automating business processes, today announced it will host its twelfth annual user conference on May 14-16, 2014 at the InterContinental Hotel in New Orleans. ReadSoft users and partners can register for ‘ReadSoft Processes Possibilities’ at http://us.readsoft.com/about-us/news-and-events/events/readsoft-user-conference.

The three-day event serves as a networking venue for the solution provider’s customers, partners and employees to exchange ReadSoft solution experiences and knowledge. Attendees apply information learned from the conference to optimize their organizations’ business processes and in turn, maximize efficiencies, reduce costs and achieve business agility.

The agenda for 2014 includes:

  • Expert-led educational sessions
  • Updates on the latest solution developments and new releases
  • Use cases, presented by customers
  • Customer round table discussions
  • Partner marketing and sales enablement breakout sessions

Also, back by popular demand, technical experts from ReadSoft’s solution labs will host live solution demonstrations at the company’s “Technology Zone.” ReadSoft customers and partners can have one-on-one discussions with ReadSoft development decision-makers and be the first to see the latest roadmaps for the company’s solutions in the cloud, and for mobile devices, e-invoicing and multi-channel process automation.

Since its inception, the entertaining conference has been well-received by the ReadSoft community. Attendance for the conference has broken records for four consecutive years.

“ReadSoft’s user conference is the best I’ve been to–it’s a true user conference that really helps the user, really helps us to interact with other customers rather than try to sell me more things.”

“I expect the 2014 conference to be particularly interesting and rewarding for two reasons,” explains Bob Fresneda, President of ReadSoft North America. “On one side we have exciting technological advancements occurring in the areas of the cloud and mobile–just to name a few. On the other side, we have business leaders who are more confident with technology, and who are ready to share their experiences and explore how and where they can apply technology that will make the next greatest impact to their business processes.”
