ReadSoft, a leading global provider of applications for automating business processes, will host “Business Agility–A Strategy for Growth in the Era of Unprecedented Change,” on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at 11a.m. ET, 4p.m. GMT.

Featuring Craig Le Clair, Vice President and Principal Analyst at Forrester Research, Inc., the webinar will explore the strategic importance of business agility in the digital economy based on the recently published research report The 10 Dimensions of Business Agility.  Forrester defines business agility as an “awareness and execution quality that allows an enterprise to embrace market and operational changes as a matter of routine” (Forrester Research, Inc., The 10 Dimensions of Business Agility, September 2013). The webinar will provide insights into the market, organizational and process dimensions associated with business agility, criteria for assessing business agility readiness, identification of agility gaps and implementation of best practices that can foster customer loyalty, and contribute to sustainable competitive advantages.

Real-world case studies will also be incorporated into the webinar by two featured panellists, including a presentation from DISC Corporation, a document management company that specializes in helping organizations bring their records and file management into the digital age within the financial services and health care sectors.  The panellists will share their best practices to achieve improved operational efficiencies, and deliver high customer service levels by implementing solutions that empower them to be more agile.

The webinar will be moderated by Andrew Pery, the Chief Marketing Officer of ReadSoft.  Questions and comments from the live audience will be integrated into the open discussion portion of the live transcontinental educational event.

ReadSoft’s webinar featuring Forrester Research is intended to provide executives and line of business decision makers with insights to achieving business agility and long term profitability through business process best practices. “Business Agility—A Strategy for Growth in the Era of Unprecedented Change,” represents the first of a series of information sessions by ReadSoft.  Further information and registration is available at:  www.readsoft.com/agility-at-work
