STILL France chooses the new version of ReadSoft's software for electronic invoice processing STILL France is part of STILL Group, the world-leading manufacturer of forklift trucks. Initially ReadSoft's solution for electronic invoice processing will automate invoice handling at STILL's head office in France. Following the first installation the solution will be implemented at 17 local offices throughout France. The new system from ReadSoft offers the latest innovations in electronic invoice processing and is integrated with STILL's SAP Business System. The STILL Group is a leading supplier of forklift trucks and warehouse equipment in over 150 locations around the world. The group has production plants in France, Germany and Brazil. The objective of STILL France was to find the best solution on the market that could provide automation of accounts payable within SAP Business System, electronic delivery of payment orders, and electronic archiving. When comparing technology on the market, STILL was impressed by the interpretation performance of INVOICES 5-3, the new version of ReadSoft's software for electronic invoice processing. "When we realized that ReadSoft's software had a much higher interpretation rate than software from other suppliers, resulting in lower customization costs, it was impossible not to choose ReadSoft. In addition, ReadSoft offered an attractive and easy-to-use invoices approval system over the web. The overall solution offered us many advantages," says Mrs Nicole Vigneron, Head of the Accounts Payable department at STILL France. The brand new version ReadSoft INVOICES, more powerful and faster than the prior version, automatically extracts not only all the required financial data but also all the line items on each invoice. The possibility to seamlessly integrate INVOICES with the STILL's existing SAP system was also key functionality that made a difference. "STILL France's choice proves once again that our solution for processing invoices dominates the market. Over the past seven years we have pioneered this technology, and we constantly work hard to bring further value to our old and new customers. Our strong presence on many European markets will be beneficial for STILL if and when they decide to roll out this technology to other subsidiaries," says Jan Andersson, President of ReadSoft. What is ReadSoft INVOICES? The INVOICES software is designed to recognize unstructured invoice documents and capture data such as sender, invoice number and invoice amount from anywhere on the invoice. At the same time, the software checks the data against information in the customer's business system. ------------------------------------------------ For more information, please contact --------------------------------------- ReadSoft AB Jan Andersson, President/CEO Pho: +46-(0)708 - 37 66 00 Olof Engvall, Vice President, PR & Communication Pho: +46-(0)708 - 37 66 70 E-mail: olof.engvall@readsoft.com About ReadSoft ReadSoft is the world's leading supplier of software for Document Automation.
