Suggestion for new ReadSoft board members ReadSoft's Nominating Committee now announces a proposal for ReadSoft AB Board members to be decided on at the Annual Shareholders' Meeting, April 22, 2004. The committee suggests Anna Söderblom, Investment Manager at Industrifonden, to become a new member of the Board of Directors. The Nominating Committee suggests that the board consists of five members: Reelection of Göran E Larsson, Lennart Pihl, Gundor Rentsch and Lars Appelstål and new election of Anna Söderblom. President and founder Jan Andersson retires from the board due to Stockholmsbörsen's (The Stockholm Stock Exchange) recommendations when it comes to Board of Directors. Anna Söderblom is Investment Manager at Industrifonden, Business Area IT. Anna holds an M Sc in Business Administration and Mathematics. Anna has worked at Microsoft for 11 years, in positions including manager of technical support and Marketing Director. She was most recently investment manager and partner at Startupfactory, a venture capital company. The Nominating Committee also suggests a remuneration to the board members amounting to SEK 455,000 for the period up until the next annual shareholders' meeting. The fee is to be shared by the elected members of the board who are not employed by ReadSoft.
