Swedish Match chooses Document Automation from ReadSoft

Swedish Match, the major tobacco company in Sweden, has chosen ReadSoft to improve order handling efficiency at their subsidiary Swedish Match Distribution. ReadSoft DOCUMENTS for Forms will minimize manual reading and processing of the order forms which are sent to Swedish Match from their customers around Sweden. This is one of ReadSoft’s largest forms-processing deals in Sweden this year.

The customers of Swedish Match order large amounts of tobacco products to their stores each day. The orders are often faxed, and up until today the incoming forms have been received and handled manually. To simplify the processing of these order forms, Swedish Match has decided use Document Automation from ReadSoft. The software ReadSoft DOCUMENTS for Forms will automate the reading and capturing of 100,000 orders per year. “Our solutions are very fitting for automating the registration and processing of incoming order forms.
