Real People Investment Holdings Limited: Choice of home member state

Real People Investment Holdings Limited ("Real People"), reg. no. 1999/020093/06, has chosen Sweden as its home member state in accordance with Chapter 1, Section 9 of the Swedish Securities Market Act (2007:528). Hence, Real People will publish information regarding its issued debt obligation instruments in accordance with Swedish law and the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's regulations. Real People has its head office in Rosebank, South Africa, and has issued debt obligation instruments which will be listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
