Press release Welkins Intressenter extends acceptance period in the offer to Realia's (formerly Columna Fastigheter) shareholders to June 13, 2003 § Following the extended acceptance period, Welkins Intressenter AB ("Welkins") has recieved acceptances from shareholders representing 6.6 million shares, corresponding to 28 per cent of the shares in Realia AB. Slightly more than 20,000 shareholders have accepted the offer. § Welkins, Weland Fastigheter AB and Thomas Hopkins thereby would control a combined total of 74 per cent of the shares and votes in Realia. § Welkins has decided to extend its offer until June 13, 2003 awaiting the outcome of discussions regarding the possibility to finance a completion of the offer on a lower level than 90 per cent. § Welkins' offer is still conditional among all of reaching 90 per cent and means that SEK 38 per share will be received for each share1.
