Excel BNI Bucks Fizz Launch

On Thursday 19 December 2013 BNI’s new Chapter, Excel BNI will host a celebratory glass of Buck’s Fizz at 10:00 am, to mark the upcoming launch in January.   Friday 31 January 2014 at 7:00 am will see Excel BNI Chapter commence officially in Old Town, Swindon at the Kings Arms Hotel, Wood Street SN1 4AB.  The event will be hosted by BNI Director Consultant, Sara Tye – Founder and Managing Director of the dynamic, independent public relations consultancy redheadPR.  

Sara Tye, an award winning top 500 international PR, and Evening Standard Green PR of London, founded redheadPR in London. The vision was to create a company of passionate people who understood how to identify opportunities and deliver the best return on investment for ambitious brands, individuals and organisations

The 10:00 am launch will give traders, organisations and anyone considering becoming a member, their first chance to meet and network with their fellow business professionals in the Old Town area. There will be a presentation detailing the extensive benefits of becoming a member of the Excel BNI Chapter and also what the purpose of BNI is. Going through the application process will also be on the agenda and you will be able to reserve your place at the Buck’s Fizz reception. This is an informal meeting just to give everyone a clear idea to what to expect on Friday 31 January before you turn your attentions to the Christmas festivities.

The Excel BNI chapter is an opportunity for local business people of the community to meet on a weekly basis. The main purpose of these weekly meetings is to give a range of businesses from a variety of industries a chance to network and provide positive support. It is an environment where you can nurture the development of your business.  

BNI allows only one representative from each trade or profession to join any BNI group. This means you can lock out your competition, ensuring you receive 100% of all new business. Working together, BNI members achieve incredible results, growing their business in ways they could never accomplish alone. The Excel BNI Chapter follows in the footsteps of the BNI Read Chapter, which has enjoyed 10 years of networking in Swindon and this year the chapter has passed an extraordinary £250,000 worth of business to each other.

There are currently 6,271 BNI Chapters worldwide and in 2012, BNI members gave 7.1 million referrals, leading to business worth £2.4 billion. In the UK and Ireland alone, there are 587 BNI Chapters that gave 683,823 referrals last year which lead to £304 million worth of business.
