Change in the Nomination Committee of Redsense Medical AB

The Nomination Committee of Redsense Medical AB was announced in a press release on October 26, 2023 and Patrik Byhmer was appointed by Seventh Sense Adventures Holding AB as member of the Nomination Committee, as well as the convener.

Due to the saddening passing of Patrik Byhmer, Susanne Olauson has now been appointed as member and convener of the Nomination Committee.

The Nomination Committee for the Annual General meeting 2024 therefore consists of:

Johannes Köpple, appointed by ShapeQ GmbH

Oscar Bergman, appointed by Swedbank Robur Fonder

The Annual General Meeting will be held on May 8, 2024, in Halmstad.
