Redsense Medical AB hereby announces that ShapeQ GmbH has passed the disclosure threshold of 5 percent shareholding.

Through recent share purchases, ShapeQ GmbH has acquired 920,000 shares which also is its total holding of shares, corresponding to approximately 6.6 percent of the votes and capital in Redsense Medical AB.
