As Europe’s leading showcase of technology supported workplace learning, Learning Technologies 2013 was pleased to announce the seminar on the future of mobile by André Wigley, CEO of Redware Limited.
Entitled “The Future of Mobile within Learning” the seminar will explore the boom of mobile in the workplace, including the Bring Your Own Device phenomenon and how it is affecting the learning landscape. It will go on to explain how organisations can harness the power of mobile in the learning environment and how supportive technologies, such as MAM (Mobile Application Management), are changing the way organisations implement mobile technologies across organisations.
The seminar will take place on the 30thJanuary 2013 at 15:30pm in seminar theatre two at Learning Technologies 2013. Redware are also exhibiting at the show and can be found at stand 155 for the 2 day event from the 29th-30th January.
Learning Technologies 2013 comes only 2 months after Redware Limited scooped gold in the eLearning awards for “Most innovative new software product” for it’s mobile platform, Redsource. Already implemented in a global network of 60,000 users at prestigious automotive company Jaguar Land Rover, Redware have unrivalled experience in on-demand and short form learning, delivered through mobile platforms to global networks, overcoming the demographic problems of rolling out such an ambitious project. André Wigley concludes:
“2013 is going to be an exciting year for learning and for mobile, so this seminar at Learning Technologies could not be timed better. This year will see more organisations than ever adopting mobile in the workplace, with many exploring the options mobile brings to learning and development.
With this comes the infancy of the marketplace and technologies, which makes correct implementation and use crucial to any mobile learning strategy, I hope my seminar gives people an insight into successful mobile learning, using it to strengthen business processes with short form and on-demand learning.”
