Redware Limited, based in Leamington Spa, announce two new senior posts within the company as part of their on-going growth and expansion.

André Wigley was pleased to welcome Barry Woolven and Harpal Banger to Redware during March 2013. The two new senior appointments as Head of Sales and Head of Quality mark an exciting time of growth for the organisation, at a time when the company is expanding with several career opportunities open within the company. André continues:

“2013 has so far been a really exciting year, with lots more to come in the months ahead. I am delighted to be welcoming Barry and Harpal to Redware as we continue to grow and welcome even more people to the team in the coming months. We are actively recruiting for a number of positions and with these two new key posts filled I am confident that it will strengthen our success as a business.”

Barry Woolven, the new Head of Sales brings with him 25 years of experience, with 10 of those in senior sales roles in the learning technology sector. As the new Head of Sales, Barry is responsible for developing the multi channel sales effort, with a focus on Redsource. Barry comments:

“Having been around learning technologies for some time, there has been a lot of talk about mobile and organisations achieving their learning objectives via this medium. When I first came across Redsource when it was released, it was clear that there was finally a scalable offering to deliver on these goals. I hope to achieve the growth of Redsource and for it to be recognised as the de-facto mobile delivery platform.

I like to have fun at work, which is something shared by the whole team at Redware, making us a strong team. I’ve been inspired by people I’ve worked with in the past and hope I can inspire people working around me, encouraging a very customer service orientated approach.”

Harpal Banger, the new Head of Quality comes from a background of performance testing and test management. He first worked for Redware back in 2010, setting up a test team for a major project and then went on to work for several major software companies, before returning to Redware.

Redware is actively recruiting several new posts at all levels within the company, including .NET developers, content specialists, test analysts and front-end developers. Also, the company is boosting their administrative function with openings for a PA, officer junior and roles within finance soon to be announced.

ENDS.
