Fredrik Ruben is Health Promotion Director of the Year
This year’s Health Promotion Director of the Year award goes to Fredrik Ruben, for his work as CEO for Vitec Mäklare. Swedish magazine “Chef” and Rejlers are behind the award being presented at Chefgalan at the Grand Hôtel in Stockholm.
The grounds for their selection are as follows: “The award goes to Fredrik Ruben because he, with health as part of his leadership values, is personally committed to creating a sustainable balance between work, exercise and diet for all of his employees. This creates a ripple effect within the organisation. Fredrik Ruben has created a corporate culture in which systematic health efforts have become part of the corporate management code.”
Last year’s award winner was Rejlers’ Chairman of the Board and newly appointed CEO, Peter Rejler. He is attending the gala this year to present the award to Fredrik Ruben.
“Fredrik is a very worthy winner. He has worked with health issues in a committed and inspirational manner. This award acknowledges role models who, through their leadership, have influenced both their employees and the wellbeing and profits of the company in a positive manner. Achieving success requires knowledge, sustainability, determination and, not least, a big heart,” says Peter Rejler.
