Nettalliansen chooses Rejlers Embriq for IT- operation services
Rejlers Embriq has entered into an agreement with Nettalliansen for provision of services relating to IT operation. The agreement covers comprehensive IT operations for more than 47 energy companies throughout Norway and includes implementation, operation and maintenance of infrastructure, end-user equipment and standard office support applications.
Through the agreement Rejlers Embriq will take responsibility for set-up and overall operation, as well as responsibility for integration support for future specialist applications that are part of Nettalliansen's digitalisation process.
IT services from Rejlers Embriq – an important element of the digitalisation process
Nettalliansen is an expertise and purchasing alliance of small and medium-sized energy distribution companies that looks after its owners’ interests by establishing competitive and attractive shared services. The IT services that Rejlers Embriq will now supply are an important contribution to supporting the digitalisation process of the owner companies. Nettalliansen and Rejlers Embriq are already working in partnership to deliver and operate new smart electricity meters (AMS) for over 180,000 homes across Norway.

About the agreement
The duration of the agreement, including options, is a total of 5 years, with a value in the order of NOK 100 million for the period. The services are being set up and the first energy distribution companies will be switched to the new platform by the end of the year.
