Planetcon Oy become part of Rejlers Finland
Rejlers Finland has strengthened its building services expertise and acquired the entire share capital of Planetcon Oy on October 1, 2020. As a result of the share transaction, Planetcon will become a subsidiary of Rejlers business area Buildings, Rejlers PM Building Technology.
Planetcon Oy has approximately 20 employees, was founded in the year 2000 in Jyväskylä and specializes in building technology, expert- and developer services.

At the same time, customers and our own staff can enjoy the benefits of a larger house, but the flexibility of a small operator”, says Jari Vekkeli, CEO of Planetcon Oy.
Rejlers reinforces its business in the areas of Jyväskylä, Tampere and Turku, where Planetcon has been operating so far. At the same time a new business area, Rejlers PM Building Technology, will be formed, the core of which will be Planetcon's experts.
