Ragnar Holtan appointed acting CEO Rejlers Norway
In conjunction with the publication of Rejlers third-quarter 2024 financial report, Ragnar Holtan has been appointed acting CEO of Rejlers Norway.
Ragnar Holtan, 40, holds a Bachelor's degree in Maritime Electro Automation from the University Sørøst-Norge and joined Rejlers in 2022 through the acquisition of Omega Holtan, where Ragnar served as CEO. Ragnar brings extensive experience in leading a technical consulting company. Since the acquisition, he has successfully developed Division Industry and most recently has also been responsible for Division Energy within Rejlers Norway.
After 27 years with Rejlers, including four years as CEO for Rejlers Norway, Petter Arnesen is stepping down to pursue new challenges outside the company. Petter will remain at Rejlers until the end of the year to ensure a smooth transition. A recruitment process to find a permanent CEO for Rejlers Norway will begin immediately, with both internal and external candidates being considered.

I am not satisfied with the profitability development at Rejlers Norway, and Ragnar has been tasked, together with the Norwegian management team, with quickly creating and executing a plan to reverse this trend. Rejlers Norway is fundamentally a strong and competent business, operating across several technical disciplines, with an annual turnover of just over SEK 300 million for the full year of 2023. I see no reason why Rejlers Norway should not achieve the same level of organic growth and profitability as other Rejlers operations,” says Viktor Svensson, President and CEO of Rejlers.
