Rejlers acquires C3 Konsult AB and strengthens its offerings in the areas of defence and security
Rejlers has acquired the consulting company C3 Konsult AB (C3K) which specialises in the defence and security industry. C3K has 25 employees with solid expertise in the management system business area, and the company is a well-established player in which others in the industry have a great deal of confidence. The acquisition is part of Rejlers’ growth strategy and further strengthens the company’s offerings in the defence area.
The Swedish defence and security sector is facing significant investments in the coming years, and Rejlers is aiming to continue its growth in that area. The acquisition of C3K is a powerful complement and broadens Rejlers’ offerings with cutting-edge expertise in management systems, logistics solutions and information security. C3K’s expected turnover is SEK 35 million in 2020, with good profitability. The consolidation will take effect as of 1 January 2021.
