Rejlers acquires Karl Knudsen AS
Rejlers acquires the Norwegian consulting company Karl Knudsen AS, well known for its expertise in building and civil engineering with cutting-edge expertise in project management and design. The acquisition is part of Rejlers' growth strategy and means that the company strengthens its position in the Trondheim region through a broader and more complete service offering to customers.
Karl Knudsen was founded in 1966, has 23 employees and is headquartered in Trondheim. The company has had a positive development and today has a turnover of NOK 45 million with good profitability. After the acquisition, the number of employees in Rejlers Norway amounts to more than 200, spread over 10 offices.

Karl Knudsen has extensive experience and high competence in construction engineering design and project management, including programming, investigations, planning and follow-up. In addition, the company has expertise in renovation and new construction projects for, for example, commercial properties, residential and industrial properties and infrastructure.

Karl Knudsen will be part of Rejlers' Buildings division. The company will be consolidated as of October 2, 2023.
