Rejlers and Specialfastigheter sign framework agreement

Rejlers has signed a framework agreement with Specialfastigheter Sweden AB, which owns and manages many properties with demanding security requirements. The agreement runs for two years, with an option for extension, and covers the provision of technical consultancy services in a wide variety of areas of expertise.

Specialfastigheter Sverige AB owns and manages many of the country's most secure properties, including police properties, institutions, defence headquarters and courts. Under the new framework agreement, Rejlers will provide technical support services to the company in new-build, alteration and extension projects, as well as general technical advice.
