Rejlers at top 5 when Sweden's Best Employer is appointed by employees
When the results of Sweden's Best Employer 2023 were released today, Rejlers placed fifth in the Large Employers category. A characteristic feature of the ranking, which is conducted annually by the Employer Branding company Universum, is that the company's own employees rate their employer. In this year's ranking, Rejlers also retains first place as the technology consulting industry's best employer, for the third year in a row.
When Rejlers' employees are asked what makes the company an attractive place to work, there are several things that are highly valued: great variety in assignments and a high degree of personal responsibility, as well as inspiring leadership in a friendly work environment where respect is shown for each other.
