Rejlers has acquired the Finnish architectural firm Arsatek Oy and strengthens its offering in building design. Arsatek, with offices in Tampere, has sales of approximately 1 million EUR with good profitability. The company has customers all over Finland and currently employs 12 employees.

Arsatek has specialist expertise in building design, landscaping and construction management and Rejlers and Arsatek already have an established and successful collaboration.

"We are now broadening our offering and strengthening our expertise. I warmly welcome our new employees to Rejlers," says Mikko Vaahersalo, CEO of Rejlers Finland.

"We look forward to being part of Rejlers, one of the largest technology consultants in the Nordic region. The merger will enable our employees to participate in more extensive projects and open up new career paths," says Arto Peltokangas, CEO of Arsatek.

Arsatek will now become part of Rejlers' Buildings division in Finland. Approximately 200 of Rejlers' more than 1,000 experts in Finland work in assignments targeted to the construction sector throughout Finland. Rejler's knowledge of residential construction and demanding public real estate projects is particularly strong. Rejlers has participated in the design of Helsinki central library Oodi, Turku University Hospital T3 and the Amurinlinna block in Tampere.

Consolidation will take place as of 1 April 2022.
