Rejlers is one of four consultancy firms that has been awarded a framework agreement for engineering services for Statnett’s transformer stations. The framework agreement covers the upgrading and restoration of voltage levels at existing transformer stations, as well as the creation of a number of new stations. These assignments will help to increase operational reliability within the Norwegian energy system.

“This is one of several framework agreements that we have signed with Statnett, and we regard this new framework agreement as a further vote of confidence in us,” says Petter Arnesen, Divisional Manager at Rejlers Norway.

The framework agreement runs for two years, with a one plus one year extension option. The agreement is estimated to be worth between NOK 150 and 200 million per year, split between four companies.

“Rejlers has some of the broadest expertise in Norway in terms of electrical power, and this framework agreement provides us with an excellent platform for further growth on the Norwegian market,” says Morten Thorkildsen, CEO of Rejlers Norway.

Rejlers was awarded the agreement in partnership with: Dr. Techn. Olav Olsen, Astrup og Hellern, Grindaker, Høyer Finseth, the Norwegian Geotechnical Institute (NGI), Brekke og Strand Akustikk, and Scan Survey.
