JM is extending its framework agreement with Rejlers Norway concerning electrical project management and energy consultancy relating to buildings. JM is one of Norway’s largest operators in the development and sale of residential properties with demanding requirements concerning sustainable projects and energy-efficient homes. Rejlers is proud to help JM realise these ambitions.

Sustainable homes
JM has a very clear approach to sustainability in its strategy concerning the development of homes and long-term value creation. As a result, all homes developed by JM exceed authority requirements by 25 percent as regards energy consumption for heating purposes. With effect from 2018, JM is also the first Nordic construction company to Swan-mark its entire housing production.

Framework agreement for electrical project management and energy consultancy
The framework agreement which JM has now extended with Rejlers covers services relating to the electrical project management of buildings and has a central place in the value chain which realises JM’s visions of energy-efficiency and sustainability.

“We have been working with JM for many years and it has been an exciting journey. JM is a demanding and innovative actor and we are very proud to have their renewed trust,” says Petter Arnesen, who heads Rejlers Norway’s Building division.

Smart, digital and green buildings
“We combine engineering expertise with IT expertise from Rejlers Embriq. Our ambition is to deliver the market’s best and most advanced services for designing the smart, digital and environmentally friendly buildings of the future, and this agreement represents an important building block for us,” says Thomas Pettersen, CEO of Rejlers Norway.
