Rejlers signs framework agreement with Solkompaniet for solar parks
Rejlers has entered into a framework agreement with Solkompaniet to provide consultancy and environmental services for Solkompaniet's future solar park projects. The agreement extends over two years with the possibility of annual extensions.
Through the framework agreement, Solkompaniet will have access to a full range of services for environmental permits. These services are necessary to describe the impact of solar parks on the surroundings and constitute important data during both the environmental permit phase and the choice of location.
"We have extensive experience in managing environmental permit projects, the largest of which are in the area of transmission line projects. Environmental permit services for solar parks are a relatively new and exciting part of our business and are fully in line with our sustainability strategy, to be our customers' experts in the transformation," says Adrian Baars, Business Unit Manager at Rejlers' Energy Division.
Among other things, Rejlers will carry out consultations and produce environmental impact assessments (EIAs). In order to create this data, detailed investigations and inventories are usually required in areas such as hydrology, species and biotope protection, archaeology and geology. The framework agreement also includes assignment management and to support in consultations with, for example, county administrative boards, municipalities and other authorities, as well as in dialogue with individuals in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Code.
Solkompaniet, which was founded in 2010, is one of Sweden's most qualified companies in the design, supply and installation of grid-connected solar power systems for roof and ground installations. The number of installations exceeds 1200, the largest with an installed capacity of 22 MWp.
