Rejlers strategic advisor to Node Pole
Rejlers has been appointed advisor to Node Pole, which is owned by Vattenfall and Skellefteå Kraft, to assist Node Pole's customers with strategic advice regarding investments in Nordic infrastructure. The advice concerns, among other things, the establishment of large-scale server facilities and data centers.
Rejlers provides expert services that facilitate decision-making on which areas offer favourable energy investment conditions. Node Pole is a new customer of Rejlers in the field and is a company that provides dedicated support for investors within the cloud industry, as well as other energy-intensive industries such as e.g. industrial production and battery production.
Node Pole has successfully helped companies such as Facebook, Amazon and Microsoft in Sweden, with the establishment of data centers. Node Pole is owned by the energy companies Vattenfall and Skellefteå Kraft and aims to create new business opportunities in Sweden and on the European market.
By having a majority of CO2 free energy, mostly from hydro, wind and nuclear production, Sweden is a global leader in providing sustainable, reliable and clean energy. An advantage for e.g. datacentres located in Sweden, is that the electricity prices are low in the summertime when advanced cooling of the facilities is needed. Because of the freezing temperatures in the wintertime, cooling can be naturally adjusted when prices are higher.
