The National Property Board of Sweden is planning to refurbish the Rosenbad block. The government has approved funding for the design and initial work. The refurbishment is the result of an urgent need to modernise Rosenbad’s climate system and technical installations.

Rejlers will be responsible for design work regarding electrical and telecommunications systems in connection with the modernisation of Rosenbad in order to future-proof the block for efficient operation and management, and to ensure that the premises remain functional, safe, efficient, flexible and attractive for the tenants.

“Rosenbad is a culture bearer and a landmark in Stockholm and has considerable cultural historical value. Replacing and modernising all the technical installations while at the same time preserving the block’s important cultural heritage represents a major challenge. We are proud to be able to contribute our engagement and expertise in order to modernise and equip Rosenbad for the future,” says Anders Käck, Acting Regional Manager East, Rejlers Sweden.
