Scania chooses Rejlers for modernization of production line
Truck manufacturer Scania has chosen Rejlers as its partner when the company's factory in Oskarshamn replaces and modernizes parts of its production line and replaces two of the factory's control systems. Rejlers is responsible for the entire assignment, which will start immediately and is expected to last until autumn 2021.

Scania's European production of truck cabins is located in Oskarshamn. The truck cabin factory consists of four engineering workshops with advanced technology and complex chemical processes. As part of the modernisation of the factory, Rejlers has been chosen as supplier when parts of the production line is given new equipment and in the implementation of two new control systems, which will ensure the availability of the factory and contribute to a more energy efficient operation. The assignment covers everything from project engineering and design to installation and commissioning. The assignment begins immediately, is in close cooperation with Scania's project organization and is expected to be completed in the autumn of 2021.
