The Nomination Committee´s proposal to the Rejler Board

The Nomination Committee proposes the election of Ivar Verner, as new chairman of the board. As new board member Helena Nordman-Knutson is proposed. The Nomination Committee proposes the re-election of Peter Rejler (present chairman of the board), Åsa Söderström Jerring, Jan Samuelsson, Thord Wilkne, Lauri Valkonen and Anders Jonsson.

Helena Norman-Knutson was born in 1964. She has a Master of Political Science from Helsinki University and Master of Economic Science from Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki. For almost 20 years, Helena Nordman-Knutson worked as a financial analyst at Enskilda, Öhman Fondkommission and Orkla Securities, where she has reviewed and analyzed major technology and telecom companies, listed on stock exchanges worldwide. Helena Nordman-Knutson brings additional expertise to the board in terms of what controls and influences the development of technology companies on the stock market.

Since 2014 Helena Norman-Knutson works as a senior consultant at Hallvarsson & Halvarsson. She is a board member and member of the Audit Committee in Transmode. Helena Nordman-Knutson has no shareholding in Rejlers.

The full proposal is presented in the AGM notice, published on March 28th 2014. The AGM will take place on April 29th 2014 at H1700 at the conference Lindhagen, Lindhagensgatan 126 in Stockholm.
