Changes in Relais Group Management Team

The following persons have been appointed to the Group Management Team of Relais Group Plc as of 11 August 2022:
Johan Carlos (b. 1990), Managing Director Strands Group AB. Johan has been the Managing Director of Strands Group since 2017 and prior to that had various positions in sales and marketing at the company since 2010.
Jan Popov (b. 1989), LLM, Managing Director Raskone Oy. Jan has been Managing Director of Raskone since 2018. Prior to that he worked as M&A lawyer at Eversheds Sutherland.
Sebastian Seppänen (b. 1990), B.Sc. (Econ.), Director, M&A and Business Development. Sebastian joined Relais in August 2022 from the position of M&A Manager at Tietoevry Oyj. Prior to that he worked with investment banking at Evli Plc.
Jon Strand (b. 1976), Interim member, Director Marketing and Sales Development (interim). Jon is the founder of Strands Group and acted as CEO of the company from 2002 to 2017. Since then, Jon has continued investment and entrepreneurial activities.
In addition to the newly appointed members the following persons continue in the Group Management Team: Arni Ekholm (CEO), Pekka Raatikainen (CFO), Juan Garcia (Regional Managing Director Scandinavia, PMO) and Ville Mikkonen (Managing Director Startax Finland and Baltics).
