Decision by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Relais Group Plc

The EGM decided to accept the Board's proposal on dividend distribution, according to which a dividend of EUR 0.10 per share will be paid. Dividends will be paid on 17 September 2020 to shareholders who have been registered in the company's shareholder register, maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd, by the dividend record date on September 10, 2020.
