Relais Group initiates co-operation negotiations concerning Group’s Finnish operations

Relais Group Plc’ subsidiary Startax Finland Oy (“Company”), initiates co-operation negotiations concerning the company’s entire personnel.

By initiating the co-operation negotiations, the company is preparing for possible changes in customers’ orders and deliveries due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the financial and production-related impacts caused by those, such as a temporary decrease in the conditions for providing employment. The preliminary estimate is that the measures can lead to lay-offs for a fixed term of 90 days at most, either full- or part-time. The negotiations concern 101 employees in Finland. The negotiations will commence on 1 April 2020.

Corresponding precautionary measures will also be taken in the company’s foreign subsidiaries.
