Relais Group Plc: Certain shareholders have agreed to amend the terms of the Shareholders' Agreement

RELAIS GROUP PLC, COMPANY RELEASE July 13, 2020, AT 9.15 A.M. EET

Relais Group Plc has been informed by its major shareholders Ari Salmivuori, Ajanta Oy and Nordic Industry Development AB, that these major shareholders have agreed to amend the terms of the shareholders' agreement between the aforementioned parties, the company and certain other shareholders of the company. The shareholders' agreement includes a call option in favor of Ari Salmivuori and Ajanta Oy with respect to certain shares of the company owned by Nordic Industry Development AB.  Ari Salmivuori's and Ajanta Oy's right to exercise such call option with respect to those shares has been extended to last until 30 September 2020.
