Relais Group Plc: Increase in the number of shares registered in the trade register

In order to meet the terms and conditions related to the acquisition of Lumise Oy completed on 31 March 2021, Relais Group Plc issued a total of 64,407 new shares on 25 April 2022 in a directed free share issue. The shares have been entered in the Finnish Trade Register on 10 May 2022. The new shares will carry the right to receive dividends and other distribution of funds, if any, and other shareholder rights in Relais Group Plc as of the registration of the shares in the Finnish Trade Register. Relais Group Plc now has a total of 18,005,840 shares and votes.
Relais Group Plc has applied for the listing of its new shares on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland in the same series as the company's existing shares. According to the current estimate, the new shares will be listed on 11 May 2022.
