Relais Group Plc: Increases in the number of shares registered in the trade register

Total of 67,423 share subscription based on the directed share issue approved by the Board of Directors of Relais Group Plc on 29 January 2021, have been entered into the trade register today. The subscription price for the shares was EUR 13.7390 per share. The directed issue is related to the closing of the acquisition of Raskone Oy announced on 29 January 2021. With the closing of the acquisition, Relais Group Plc paid EUR 926,311 of the purchase price by issuing a total of 67,423 new Relais Group Plc's shares to be subscribed by Jan Popov, a shareholder of Raskone Oy.
In addition, a total of 18,800 new share subscriptions based on the company’s stock options 2017F, 2019C and 2019D approved by the Board of Directors of Revenio Group Corporation on 5 March, 2021, have been entered into the trade register today. The number of shares subscribed based on option rights 2017F was 12,550, based on option rights 2019C 3,100 and based on option rights 2019D 3,150 shares. The share subscription price under option rights 2017F was 4.16 EUR per share and under option rights 2019C and 2019D 4.20 EUR per share.
After these subscriptions, the number of Relais Group Plc's shares and votes will rise to 17,295,124. These increases were recorded in their entirety in the reserve of invested unrestricted equity.
Relais Group Plc has applied for the listing of its new shares on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland in the same series as the company's existing shares. According to the current estimate, the new shares will be listed on 18 March 2021.
