Total of 195,750 new share subscriptions based on the company’s stock options 2017A-H and 2019A-C approved by the Board of Directors of Relais Group on 31 May 2021, have been entered into the trade register today. The total of 144,250 of shares were subscribed based on option rights 2017A-H and 51,500 shares based on option rights 2019A-C. The share subscription price under option rights 2017A-H was 3.86 EUR per share and under option rights 2019A-C EUR 3.90 per share.
After these subscriptions, the number of Relais Group Plc's shares and votes will rise to 17,941,433. These increases were recorded in their entirety in the reserve of invested unrestricted equity.
Relais Group Plc has applied for the listing of its new shares on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland in the same series as the company's existing shares. According to the current estimate, the new shares will be listed on 11 June 2021.
