Relais Group Plc ("Relais" or the "Company") has on 24 November 2022 announced that it has submitted a listing application to Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd ("Nasdaq Helsinki") for the listing of the Company's shares on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki (the "Listing"). In connection with the Listing, the Company has prepared unaudited interim financial information under the ”IAS 34 – Interim Financial Reporting” ‑standard as of and for the nine month period ended 30 September 2022 including comparative financial information as of and for the nine month period ended 30 September 2021, which the Company publishes by way of this stock exchange release. The Listing is conditional on Nasdaq Helsinki approving the Company's listing application and the Financial Supervisory Authority approving the listing prospectus to be drawn up in connection with the Listing. Trading in the shares is expected to commence on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki approximately on 1 December 2022.
