Relais Group Plc acquires Adita Oy

Relais Group Plc ("Relais Group"), a leading consolidator and acquisition platform on the vehicle aftermarket in the Nordic countries, has today signed an agreement ("Purchase Agreement") regarding the acquisition of the Finnish company Adita Oy ("Adita", "Corporate Acquisition"). The sellers are Adita’s founder and main shareholder, and the company’s sales director. The closing of the Corporate Acquisition takes place today. Adita will be consolidated into Relais Group from the beginning of March 2023.

Adita is a highly regarded local distributor of spare parts and equipment for cars and marine use in the Helsinki region. In 2022 its net sales was EUR 5.6 million and number of employees was 14.

In connection with the Corporate Acquisition Adita’s director of sales and partner Timo Alakuijala is appointed managing director of Adita, and the founder and main shareholder Tapani Holm continues as an employee of the company and as a board member.
