Relais Group Plc has acquired the remaining shares in SEC Scandinavia A/S and TD Tunga Delar Sverige AB

Relais Group Plc has decided to use the right to purchase the remaining 30 percent of shares in SEC Scandinavia A/S and 4.75 percent of shares in TD Tunga Delar Sverige AB from the minority shareholders. The purchase price of the remaining shares paid in cash was DKK 3.0 million for the shares of SEC Scandinavia A/S and SEK 26.4 million for the additional consideration and shares of TD Tunga Delar Sverige AB. The transactions were completed on 5 May 2022.
The 70 percent majority stake in SEC Scandinavia A/S and 95.25 percent stake in TD Tunga Delar Sverige AB were acquired by Relais in 2020.
