Based on the recent development of Coronavirus situation and the announcement of measures by the Finnish Government on 16 March 2020, Relais Group Plc has decided to cancel its Annual General Meeting of 26 March 2020.

Relais Group Plc will convene the Annual General Meeting at a later stage.
