Relais Group Plc's financial statements bulletin and financial statements to be published in accordance with FAS; the company transitions to IFRS reporting by the end of 2022

The Board of Directors of Relais Group Plc (the "Company") has on 24 February 2022 decided to postpone the Company's transition from Finnish Accounting Standards ("FAS") to International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS") in its financial reporting.
The Company's financial statements bulletin for 2021, prepared in accordance with FAS, will be published on 3 March 2022.
The Company's financial statements for 2021, prepared in accordance with FAS, will be published on 22 March 2022.
The Company transitions to IFRS reporting by the end of 2022.
