Financial report for the period 1 January 2022 - 30 June 2022

 

Relesys achieved an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of DKKm 38.2 which is in accordance with the plan.
Current financial guidance is kept unchanged.  

 

Summary:

 

Six months into the year Relesys has executed on the strategy as presented in the IPO prospectus by increasing sales efforts in existing markets and by establishing an office in the United Kingdom to also expand into the UK market.  

 

  • ARR increased from DKKm 27.4 in H1 2021 to DKKm 38.2 in H1 2022, corresponding to 40% year-over-year growth.
  • NRR was 108% for the period and 116% year-over-year.
  • ARR churn rate was 2% for the period.
  • ARR uplift was 13% for the period.
  • ARR from new customers increased by DKKm 3.4 during the period.
  • Revenue increased from DKKm 15.5 in H1 2021 to DKKm 20.7 in H1 2022, corresponding to 34% growth year-over-year.

 

 

Financial Outlook 2022:

 

For 2022, Relesys expects continued growth in ARR and maintains ARR guidance of DKKm 40–42 at the end of 2022, which is in line with the expectations for the future presented in the IPO prospectus and unchanged from what was communicated in the Quarterly Announcement Q1 2022.
 

Furthermore, Relesys expects the revenue to grow to DKKm 41–45 at the end of 2022, which is also in line with the expectations for the future presented in the IPO prospectus and unchanged from what was communicated in the Quarterly Announcement Q1 2022.
