Upward adjustment of ARR guidance for 2022

Relesys adjusts ARR guidance for 2022 from previously DKKm 42 - 43 to now DKKm 44 - 45. The adjusted ARR guidance corresponds to a year-on-year growth of 41% - 44%. Revenue guidance remains unchanged at DKKm 42 - 45.

Based on continued strong end of year performance, Relesys is upward adjusting the 2022 full-year outlook for ARR. In December, Relesys has signed a significant add-on agreement with an existing client, which together with sales to new clients, has resulted in an ARR that is better than expected.

Fulfillment of the adjusted expectations is based on below key drivers and assumptions, which were also described in the Quarterly Announcement Q3 2022 (Company Announcement No. 9):
 

  • Continued low ARR churn rate.
  • Continued strong ARR uplift of existing clients.
  • Continued high growth of client base across industries and in foreign markets.
