Best Chefs and Restaurants Set to Celebrate a Third Edition of Relish Wales Cookbook at the Whitebrook Hotel
Relish Publications, the UK's leading fine dining guide and recipe book publisher, are set to launch their 26th publication – Relish Wales, featuring the region’s finest chefs, restaurants and recipes in another stunning hard-backed, photography led publication.
Headlining Relish Wales is ‘UK Restaurant Chef of the Year 2016’ Will Holland. Will writes the foreword to this much-anticipated volume alongside three signature recipes from his acclaimed restaurant Coast – winner of the coveted ‘AA Restaurant of the Year for Wales 2015-2016.’

The official book launch will take place next month at The Whitebrook Restaurant With Rooms, near Monmouthshire, on the 7th November. It will be a celebration of all the venues involved, with executive teams and owners of Wales’ leading restaurants in attendance.
