Adam Stokes who writes the Foreword to this edition, comments: “Relish Midlands Second Helping is a fantastic recipe book that brings together so many of the talented chefs and quality restaurants in the area. It gives a taste of what our exciting region has to offer and a peek into the culinary delights available, as well as the encouragement to try some new recipes.”
