Share subscriptions based on stock options 2018 and 2019
Between September 16 and December 31, 2022, a total of 20,500 Remedy Entertainment Plc’s new shares has been subscribed for with the company's stock options 2018 and 2019. For subscriptions made with the stock options 2018 and 2019, the entire subscription price of EUR 183,690.00 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity.
After the trade registration the total amount of shares is 13,469,100.
The shares subscribed for under the stock options 2018 and 2019 have been registered in the Trade Register on January 30, 2023, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights. The shares will be traded on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd together with the old shares as of January 31, 2023.
The shares subscription period for stock options 2018 started on June 1, 2021 and will end on May 31, 2024.
The shares subscription period for stock options 2019 started on June 1, 2022 and will end on May 31, 2025.
